Quincy tournament update after 3 games

So, the first game was a bit of a mismatch as we beat the Duxbury girls team 9-0. Let me point out that for advancing in this tournament, goals scored is one of the factors they consider in the event of a tie, so it is important to keep going. That is NOT my preference but it is what it is.

The second team, as we know, was against an East Coast Wizards U10 team (not a Woburn team as posted). Our 7-0 loss was actually a much closer game than it sounded. If we were to meet them in the finals on Sunday with all of our players back on the bench, I think we could give them a pretty good game

The third game, against Casco Bay was a close game. They scored in the middle of the first period and neither team scored thereafter. A good game that we probably could have won.

If we beat Quincy on Sunday morning, we still can make it to the finals I believe. We have scored 9 and let in 8 so that will help us. Unfortunately, we've had more penalties than our opponents in every game we've played (and by the way, on the season, our opponents have only had about 2/3 of the number of penalties we've had).
